Refund & Cancellation Policy

EELLC Consulting provides customized consulting, advisory, project management, training, audit, and professional services. Because these services involve reserved time, professional expertise, preparation, and customized deliverables, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, a session has been delivered, or project time has been reserved.

Clients may request to reschedule a meeting or session by providing written notice at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in the client’s proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work.

For project-based engagements, advisory retainers, audits, workshops, and customized consulting services, cancellation terms will be stated in the signed agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
