Service Delivery Policy

EELLC Consulting provides professional consulting, advisory, project management, audit, training, and client experience services. Services are delivered virtually, by phone, video conference, email, written deliverables, client portal, or in person when agreed upon in writing.

Service timelines, deliverables, meeting schedules, and project milestones are defined in each client proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work. Digital deliverables may include written recommendations, strategy documents, audit findings, project plans, templates, reports, presentations, training materials, or other consulting resources.

EELLC Consulting does not sell or ship physical products through this website. Any in-person services, travel, event-related work, or on-site consulting must be agreed upon in writing before services begin.

Clients are responsible for providing timely information, documents, access, feedback, and approvals needed for EELLC Consulting to perform the agreed services.
