This website is operated by Everything(s) Eventful, LLC, doing business as EELLC Consulting. By engaging EELLC Consulting, clients agree that services are professional, advisory, and customized in nature.

All work is subject to the scope, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, and responsibilities outlined in the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work. Clients are invoiced for professional services after a proposal, agreement, statement of work, or approved invoice has been issued.

EELLC Consulting provides strategic guidance, professional recommendations, project support, audits, training, and advisory services. EELLC Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to contract awards, funding approvals, grant approvals, revenue increases, business growth, government approvals, agency selection, or third-party decisions.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required documents, approvals, and access necessary for EELLC Consulting to perform the agreed services.

All intellectual property, templates, reports, frameworks, recommendations, presentations, and deliverables provided by EELLC Consulting remain subject to the usage rights stated in the client agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

Online payments are available for current clients with an approved proposal, signed agreement, statement of work, or active invoice. EELLC Consulting does not sell physical products through this website.
